Referrals

We offer referral incentives to our clients. When your referral purchases their first 10, 15, or 20 day package, you will receive one free day of play - a $28 value! When your referral boards their dog for 3 or more days, you will receive a free bath/blow out/nail trim!

Important Policy Information

• Daycare dogs must be dropped off by 10am M-F
• All Baths, including the 20 visit package special and referral incentive, must be scheduled in advance
• Packages are pre-paid, and days do not need to be used consecutively, but will expire 6 months from purchase date
• Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable
• We recommend that your dog arrive in the morning or early part of the day, your dog will benefit most from having a full day of play before staying overnight
• The latest time for Boarding drop-off is 6pm M-F and 2pm Saturdays
• No pick-ups or drop-offs M-F 12-2pm due to naptime
• Please have your items clearly marked with your dog's name
• Reservations are required, however under emergency circumstances we can accept your dog without a reservation
• We are closed for Daycare on all major holidays, but are at the facility 365 days a year for our "sleepover guests"
• We offer a 10% discount applied to the 2nd dog and a 15% discount applied to the third dog of a multi-dog family for sleepovers
• FREE first Daycare visit for your newly adopted dog
• Our selected "Dog of the Month" gets a free day of play
• Dogs get a free nail trim with the purchase of any package- Just let us know at drop-off
• Payment is due at pick-up, we accept: Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Visa, MC, and Discover- a check may be acceptable with proper ID once a relationship is established, but we will not accept a check from first time clients and reserve the right to refuse checks at any point

Food, Toys, and Bedding

Please bring your own food and instructions on when to feed (keeping him/her on their own diet is always best, but we do have food available for our sleepover guest if needed). You may bring items that need to be refrigerated. We will follow your dog's feeding schedule as closely as possible. We require that you package all food in individual zip type plastic bags, pre-portioned for each meal and marked with your dog's name.

We provide comfy bedding for all of our sleepover guests, no need to lug in a doggie bed or blanket! You may, however, bring in a personal item (t-shrit etc), something with your scent on it that he/she can have in their sleep area. If Boarding, you are encouraged to bring in a blanket/bed/toy (limited to one toy) from home to make your dog feel more at home during their overnight stay.

The Doggie Playhouse will provide all toys for visitors in our play area.

Required Safety Rules

• All dogs must be 10 weeks or older
• All adult dogs (over 12 months of age) are required to be spayed or neutered
• All dogs must have written proof of vaccinations, and vaccinations must be administered by a licensed veterinarian, NO owner given vaccines will be accepted- we can also call your vet to obtain a copy of your records
• All dogs are required to be free of internal parasites- a fecal test performed by your veterinarian is required for admission
• All dogs are required to be flea free and on some form of flea preventative
• All dogs are required to be non aggressive toward other dogs and people, and must not be food or toy protective
• All dogs must have registration completed as well as a private interview prior to acceptance into Daycare
• All fees are due at the time of service
• All dogs should arrive and leave the facility on a leash
• No pinch, metal correction, or flea control collars will be allowed- while at The Doggie Playhouse, dogs do not wear their collars

All dogs are required to be in good health. You will be asked to sign a contract that certifies your pet is healthy and has not been sick with, or exposed to any known diseases or disorders in the last 30 days. A written note from your veterinarian will be required to be able to return to the day care, if your pet is ill for any reason.
